FL18 Car Game (11/14/18)

Added a town-ish scene. Green orbs = health/points, Red orbs = life lost. You can shoot the red orbs to turn them to green orbs for more points. Color changer has been added, Only thing is you have to click start quickly after starting the game or else the car won't show up.
